Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued patronage of Konica Minolta products. We would like to notify you that Microsoft has announced that they will end support for Windows Server2003 and 2003R2 on 14 July 2015 (JST) and Windows Vista on 11 April 2017 (JST). They will not answer to inquiries or release new security patches. Hence any Windows OS related problems arising after their support termination date are expected to become more difficult to resolve, Konica Minolta recommends to upgrade to a more recent Microsoft OS version.

1. Konica Minolta printer drivers and application software
Konica Minolta will remove MacOS X support description where Apple has terminated its support from User Manuals and Readmes for available products.

Affected products are:-

Drivers and application software for:
- Copiers, MFPs
- Production Printing Products
- Printers

Level 1 (Normal support) - support to public and bug fixes are accepted in accordance with priorities
Level 2 (Special support) - no support to external parties, but accept enquries limited to internal and serius bug faults.
