Beware of Scam Requesting Bank Information / Money Transfer Request for Payment

 

We are aware that scammers are impersonating Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. in an attempt to deceive our customers such as the followings:

• Fake email from Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. about an outstanding payment with us.
• The official bank account of Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been suspended for unknown reason.
• Requested to make any outstanding payment to another bank account. This bank account belongs to the said scammer.

 

We would like remind everyone that:

• Our email addresses always end with ‘konicaminolta.com’. Please be aware of any fake email that is using konicaminolta.corn, as in .c o r n to imitate .com
• If you have any doubts, or any payment related matters, please contact the following:
