The annual convention served as a key gathering for pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders to explore advancements, discuss challenges, and share innovations within the pharmacy and healthcare sectors.

During the three-day event, Konica Minolta showcased a range of autonomous and smart technologies specifically designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity in healthcare environments. Our exhibit featured:

• Autonomous Pharmacy Robot: We highlighted how this latest robot can help automate prescription handling and dispensing of medical supplies. By reducing errors and saving valuable time, it allows pharmacists to dedicate more attention to patient care.
• Autonomous Material Handling Robot (MiR100): This robot was demonstrated as a solution for automated material handling, enabling pharmacies and healthcare facilities to transport medical supplies seamlessly and safely, reducing manual labour and human errors.
• Autonomous Cleaning Robot (Phantas Model): This small but innovative cleaning robot is used to maintain hygienic environments in the healthcare facilities with minimal human intervention and supervision, contributing to better overall health and safety standards.

The convention was an invaluable opportunity for our team to network and collaborate with key opinion leaders in the field. We engaged in meaningful discussions about how technology can reshape the future of pharmacy practice in Malaysia.
